this & that, volume 4

I skipped a week of this series. Which I literally said in my last post that I wouldn’t do, but then Idan visited for the weekend and I just didn’t feel like opening my computer. So here we are!

This past weekend was super relaxing and very needed. I got a facial on Friday night at the new Reishi Beauty in Wicker Park, and it was sooo wonderful. They use only natural ingredients, which is a big focus for me lately. Side note: getting a facial on a Friday night was among the best decisions I’ve ever made. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re Friday-night-plans averse like myself.

Sunday I had some friends over for the Super Bowl and ate my weight in this corn dip that my friend Sam made. It’s SO good and you should definitely bookmark this recipe!

I also stopped into Credo Beauty this weekend to pick up some new skincare supplies! If I like everything I purchased, I’ll report back. I love Credo overall though, because it’s safe to assume everything there is clean and natural–so definitely check it out if clean beauty is on your list right now!

Enough about me… how about some links?
