Hello from Ann Arbor! As you probably know, I’ve been spending quite a bit of time here in the past few months–Idan is at UofM as an MBA student and I go back and forth a LOT.
This weekend, we celebrated both our 2 year anniversary and my 27th birthday. I wanted to do my birthday very incognito this year, and it definitely went that way. Idan and I went out to dinner and a comedy show on Friday, and then Saturday night we made homemade ramen at home (and potstickers!) and did a puzzle together. We are old people and we love being that way. If you’re interested in the recipes, here’s the one we used for the ramen and here’s the potsticker recipe. Bob’s Burgers puzzle here.
How’s everyone doing on their 2018 goals? I’m doing pretty well on mine; I’ve finished 2 books already (my goal is 25!) and I started another on Audible on the way over to Michigan. I really really loved the last book I read–The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, and I highly recommend it. I just couldn’t put it down! I just started Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, and will report back. If you have any other book recos, let me know! I also frequent Grace’s reading guide as she is quite the voracious reader and typically has good recommendations.
